Returns & Refunds
At ROAM, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to help and make the process as simple as possible.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at support@roameasier.com. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order once it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and our support team is always happy to assist.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original product and place a new order once your return request has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
